Programme details and booking information
Once you confirm a retreat, your facilitator will work with you to develop a plan prior to arrival and confirm the cost.
- Retreats operate Monday to Saturday.
- Sundays are day of rest or your facilitator can organise extra activities and tours.
- Minimum stay is 6 nights. However, it is well-established that to really change old behaviours and create new healthy habits, 21 to 30 days (or more) provides the best opportunity for success.
- 10% discount applies to any retreats booked for 21 days or more.
- The team will progress your plan for optimal results.
